HUBB’s experience of working with clients of mental health services since 1997 clearly showed a need for several areas of mental health training:
· For clients to improve their self esteem and build confidence to challenge stigma and discrimination
· For service providers to be fully informed of their responsibilities and duties under legislation such as the Mental Capacity Act
· For employers to promote well being in the workplace and hopefully minimise cost to employers of stress related staff sickness
